Marketing and Communications Specialist

Your role:

• Develop and implement innovative communications and marketing initiatives in
  line with the firm’s strategy
• Lead and coordinate the work of internal and external events
• Develop and present concepts & agenda of internal and external events
• Web-site administration: updates on the regular basis, participation in digital transformation community calls; statistics, etc.
• Maintain the firm’s online and social media presence management (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram). This also includes monitoring and engaging with our online communities, competitors analysis, as well as expanding our reach
• Implement effective paid digital advertising campaigns with cost-effective strategies across Facebook, Google and other paid advertising and popular social media platforms
• Build, analyse, test and optimize paid ad campaigns to consistently improve performance
• Draft news items for social media, newsletters, web content and other assigned projects
• Photo reportage from the office and internal, external events
• Monitor requests on charity and respond on them
• Plan and order the production of marketing and/or promotional materials
• Stay informed on the topic of marketing and communications trends and opportunities
• Manage relations with suppliers, vendors, agencies and other third parties
• Work closely with designers and employer brand specialist
• Coordinate PR activities including developing relationships with journalists, drafting press releases and monitoring media
• Prepare and submit reports and schedules
  
  Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related area
• 3+ years relevant experience (including experience with paid digital advertising campaigns)
• Excellent oral and written English
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Strong visual presentation skills
• Awareness of and interest in online marketing and media channels
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with other team members and stakeholders
• Ability to productively and efficiently collaborate with a global team
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
