Projects manager (Data Centre Project)

1. Responsible for project planning and budgeting. Specifically include: determine the specific needs of the project; develop a project execution plan, including schedules and resource allocation; develop a project budget, and perform cost estimation and control.

2. Design management: ensure that the project design complies with regulations and customer needs; coordinate the design team to ensure the timely completion and accuracy of design documents.

3. Procurement and supply chain management: manage relationships with procurement and suppliers; ensure that purchased materials and equipment meet quality standards and project requirements.

4. Construction management: supervise and manage the construction process to ensure that construction is carried out in accordance with the design and specifications; solve problems and challenges on the construction site to ensure safety and progress.

5. Quality control and safety: manage the quality control plan of the project to ensure that the deliverables meet quality standards; ensure that the construction site complies with safety laws and regulations to ensure the safety of workers and the public.

6. Project communication and stakeholder management: communicate effectively with customers, designers, supervisors and other stakeholders; resolve and coordinate the concerns and needs of all parties to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

7. Change management: manage change requests and change control processes in the project; evaluate the impact of changes on project schedule, cost and quality, and make appropriate adjustments.

8. Risk management: Identify and assess project risks and develop response strategies; monitor and control risks to reduce the negative impact on the project.

9. Team management and leadership: Lead and manage the project team, including engineers, technicians and other relevant personnel; motivate team members to promote teamwork and efficient work.

10 Project closing and acceptance: Ensure that the project closing work and final acceptance meet the contract requirements and customer expectations; prepare project reports and summaries, and record project lessons learned and results.

11. Responsible for the handling and signing of various government processes: Able to communicate and communicate efficiently with government units, responsible for completing the handling of high-voltage power diversion, water diversion, design permits, construction permits, etc.

1. Experience in independently completing data center project delivery management in the CIS region in the past two years, with the number of project delivery racks not less than 100.

2. Have good communication skills, good stress resistance, good at summarizing, and able to analyze and solve problems independently

3. Have strong team management skills

4. Have certain business negotiation skills and resource coordination skills

5. Have good professional qualities, be down-to-earth and hardworking, and have a sense of responsibility

6. Can communicate in Russian and English, and those who know Uzbek are preferred.

7. Proficient in office software, Project/CAD/office, etc.

8. Have a Bachelor's degree or higher
