Our design team, which now consists of 60 creative and talented individuals, is looking for like-minded people. We are experts in converting ideas, business goals, and requirements into highly efficient and easy-to-use products for dozens of clients worldwide.
We love to take challenges and responsibility for the entire product design to deliver top-notch web, mobile, or even custom-tailored embedded interfaces using a wide variety of existing tools, techniques, and approaches with the addition of custom illustrations, 3D and motion graphics, AR/VR experience, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform full-cycle UX/UI design project completion of any level
- Develop project design-support documentation and tools
- Perform the functions of Senior Product Designer, if necessary – the formation of hypotheses, prototypes, concept design
- Negotiate the project’s requirements and business objectives with the client/team
- Provide timely project delivery within the deadlines, according to the task description and technical constraints
- Predict and communicate the risks proactively to meet the defined goals and timelines
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 4-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer creating both web and mobile interfaces, including analysis work, prototyping, hypothesis testing, user testing, and UX review activities
- Strong communication skills, competent and clear speech, clear formation of thoughts
- Strong estimation and risk mitigation skills, efficiency in self-management
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC, etc.) and ability to get familiar with the new one quickly
- Strong knowledge of Atomic Design principles and experience in building complex design systems
- Familiarity with Material/HIG guidelines and responsive web design requirements
- Good understanding of the software development process
- At least an Upper Intermediate level of English
