- Camp Installation Management: Oversee the construction of living camps and related facilities, including living quarters, kitchens, recreation areas, gyms, offices, concert halls, barber shops, laundries and recreational centers.
- Infrastructure Development: Manage the construction of essential infrastructure such as potable water lines, sewage systems, plumbing, water treatment areas, concrete trenches, chambers, catch basins, manholes, generator set areas, utility areas, parking areas, asphalt and concrete roads, pathways, and footpaths. Oversee the installation of interlocking tiles, curbstones, and other infrastructure elements.
- Fit-Out and Finishing Works: Supervise fit-out and finishing activities including painting, wallpaper application, installation of doors and windows, flooring, and various other finishing touches.
- Piling and Excavation: Oversee sheet pile and tubular pile driving, borehole piling, pile cap concreting, excavation works, dewatering, backfilling, ground surface compaction, and geomembrane installation. Manage the installation of pre-cast foundations, rebar works, formworks, in-situ concrete pouring, and modular block installations.
- Structural and Masonry Works: Manage the installation of steel structures, including columns, beams, braces, stiffener plates, and the erection of steel structures. Oversee brick installation, masonry works, pavement slabs pouring, concrete joint installations, sealant works, grouting, and waterproofing.
- Piping and Utilities: Supervise the installation of HDPE, PVC, GRE pipelines, crude oil pipelines, pipe supports, and diesel storage tanks. Ensure high-pressure hydrostatic testing of pipelines and familiarity with piping codes and standards (e.g., ASME B31.3, API 570).
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards and project specifications. Conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with permit-to-work (PTW) procedures, and oversee hot work, working at height, and confined space entry.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with various teams, including contractors, quality control, and material departments to resolve issues, expedite material supply, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and review documentation, including as-built drawings, punch lists, and completion certificates. Report progress to senior management and participate in constructability reviews and 3D model reviews.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: Extensive experience in camp installation and infrastructure construction, particularly in renewable energy projects. Proven track record in managing large-scale construction activities and associated facilities.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction techniques, structural and civil engineering, piping systems, and utilities. Familiarity with international codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM).

Leadership and Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and make quick decisions. Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Russian and Uzbek.

Safety Knowledge: In-depth understanding of safety regulations and procedures, including experience with safety audits and compliance with HSE standards.
