Warehouse Supervisor

• Performs proper receiving into the warehouse, counting, weighing, storing and releasing from the warehouse of various inventory items, placing them in the most efficient use of warehouse space to expedite the retrieval of needed inventory items.

• Checks the conformity of received inventory to the requirements of specification indicated in Purchase order/ Contract. Draws up accompanying documents.

• Moves inventory items to storage locations, sorting them by type, quality, purpose and other characteristics.

• Ensures safety of stored inventory and observance of storage regimes.

• Keeps an operational record of inventory stored in the warehouse.

• Maintains reporting documentation on the movement of inventory, at the end of each working shift submits to the accounting department duly executed delivery notes, stock receipt order, invoices for internal stock movements, acts of writing off inventory on a monthly basis.

• Enters information on inventory into specialized software.

• Organizes loading and unloading operations in the warehouse in compliance with the rules of labor protection, occupational health and safety, industrial sanitation.

• Organizes the picking of batches of inventory items at the request of the Company's employees.

• On a monthly basis, at the end of each working shift, draws up and submits to the accounting department defect lists for spoilt, defective inventory items, devices, etc., acts for their repair and write-off, as well as for shortage and spoilage of materials.

• Participates in inventory of fixed assets and materials, ensures safety of documents.

• Ensures strict compliance with fire safety measures when storing inventory materials, safety rules when storing toxic, fire and explosive-hazardous materials.

• Takes measures to maintain warehouse premises, equipment and inventory in proper condition, initiates repair works if necessary.

• Directs, coordinates and controls the activities of the employees of the contracting organization providing warehouse services, if applicable as per the Contract terms.

• Performs other work directly related to loading, unloading, warehousing, storage, release, accounting of inventory items not covered by this job description.

Requirements:

• Higher education.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the oil and gas industry.

• Good level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, 1C (Warehouse) applications.

• Knowledge of languages:

  - Uzbek – compulsorily

  - Russian – compulsorily

  - English – compulsorily

Conditions:

• Work schedule: 08:00-20:00, 14x14 shift (according to the work schedule);
• Kumli and Urtakum fields (Gazli district, Bukhara region);
• Bonuses for public holidays.
