    PCMCI Quantum is a Canadian company looking to hire a sales engineer in Uzbekistan to help achieve its sale goals of its products in the Uzbek & Central Asia market.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will partner with Account Executives to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge in IoT technologies and strong sales acumen to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop IoT solutions tailored to meet their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our IoT solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the sales cycle, including solution architecture, integration, and implementation.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and tender responses in collaboration with the sales and engineering teams.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) activities to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our IoT solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technical decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in IoT to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback from customers and contribute to product road-map discussions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
  • Ability to translate technical features into business benefits and articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in conducting technical presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and prospects.

Preferences:

  • Work experience in either of the following for at least 2-3 years in:
  • Oil Industry
  • Automation
  • Manufacturing
  • Willingness to travel within the country (Occasional client meetings)
