About Us:

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced PR Manager to help enhance our brand presence and manage our public relations activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns to promote the university’s initiatives and programs.
  • Manage media relations, including responding to media inquiries, pitching stories, and building strong relationships with journalists.
  • Write and edit press releases, articles, and other PR-related content.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather and develop content for public communication materials.
  • Oversee and manage the university’s presence on social media platforms and communication channels.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyze the performance of PR campaigns.
  • Maintain and update the university's media database.
  • Organize and execute PR events, press conferences, and media briefings.
  • Assist in crisis communication strategies and reputation management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR or a related field (internship experience may be considered).
  • Solid understanding of PR practices and media relations.
  • Proficiency in press release writing and content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
  • Ability to conduct media research and track PR metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • A proactive team player with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of media monitoring software.
  • Experience in event coordination or management.

  • Work schedule: 5/7, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
